AT&T has horrible wireless service and coverage in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. I'm on my second Nokia 3G phone and am still having a ton of problems. The problems I am having are with a lot of dropped calls, poor voice quality where it cuts out, is choppy and there is static and crackling when I make a call. I don't receive many voice mails until a day or two later. The 3G network goes down a lot, and customer service is not helpful at all. I would avoid them at all costs. I have heard of many people having these same problems with AT&T. I am leaving them as soon as my contract is up.

AT&T is by far the best service available on the market. It is frustrating to view the coverage map on Letstalk.com's website because it is showing the prepaid coverage map which is lesser coverage. The real coverage map is much larger. I have been with AT&T for years and nothing else compares to the call quality, price, and satisfaction I receive from them. Rollover minutes are so great. What other carrier can say that they have rollover minutes?

AT&T's service is horrible. I tried to add money to my Pay as you go plan on the website and first it falsely suggested that there was a problem with my credit card, then charged me twice. I tried to email and call them, but they switched me around and did everything possible to make themselves unavailable. And the horror story did not end there. I am not going to spend more time getting into the details, but believe me, AT&T's service is horrible.
